General Information
Tropicorium Inc. is a 50,000+ gallon facility containing ONLY saltwater animals. We have the widest variety of corals, fish and everything in between in the country on hand at all times. All of the tanks in our facility run on under gravel filters. This uses a force flowed Aragonite substrate bed to grow bacteria. (For more Information call or E-mail us)
We are the fore fathers of captive reproduction of corals and we also breed many species of fish at our facility. We purchase as many species as possible through other captive breeding facilities in an effort to protect the natural reefs and hopefully to preserve species forever through captive reproduction efforts.

Richard Perrin, owner and operator of the Tropicorium, has been in the Saltwater field for over 40 years. He has spoken at numerous conferences, seminars, engagements and has an extensive knowledge of the hobby. He has ventured around the world in his quest to learn more and educate others in this fascinating field.
Ray , Richard's son, is the main coral propagation expert,and oversees all of the breeding projects. With a lifetime of experience in the hobby, Ray is following in his fathers pursuit of excellence in the marine aquaculture. He is able to answer any questions you might have.
We grow hundreds of varieties of corals many of them are generations old from our facility! We pride ourselves on our incredibly healthy stock!
We recommend metal halide lighting and Carib Sea Aragonite substrate. As well as Reef Crystals Salt.
